Welcome to my blog! I am a mom of two kiddos living in Ohio. I write about my daily adventures, good days, bad days, and in-between days of teaching STEM subjects. I am working on my Master’s in Education for Middle School Math and Science (grades 4-9). My previous career was in engineering, designing new products. With my engineering background, I solve problems in my classroom by using the Engineering Design Process approach. If you look inside my brain while I teach, I always define problem statements, brainstorm solutions, run experiments, and analyze my results. In education research, this is also called Case Study Research. And this blog will capture my case studies, which I hope will help you.
